Western Blot

原来WB在我印象中是那种时间冗长的一个实验，从跑胶，电转，抗体孵育，检测，都是耗时的活。不过刚做的实验完全颠覆了我的想法。不把跑胶算在内的话，1个小时不到，快的话可在半小时内就可以全部解决，简直太神奇了

实验室刚买了台iBlot，电转时间7-8分钟，效果还很不错。抗体孵育由SNAP完成，最后ECL显影。不过整个实验成本有点高，连抗体啥算在内大概500左右，太贵了。也难怪卖仪器的要说太奢侈了，—！

鉴于成本，我还是老实的用经典方法吧

    抗体反正都要用的，不算，仪器多少米？
